About the Author
Beatrice Ngalula Kabutakapua (she/her) is a professional storyteller and the CEO & Founder of The Business Storytelling Centre.
A former journalist and documentary maker, she now helps Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of entrepreneurs use storytelling to engage, retain, and empower their people.
As a BBC featured entrepreneur, she shared her knowledge on stages from Los Angeles to Istanbul, combining her Harvard Executive Certificate training with qualitative experience, deep empathy and coaching skills.
She partners with DEI, People & Culture, and L&D leaders to bridge the gap in diversity for higher leadership roles, ensure leaders are seen, and help people connect to the “whyˮ behind their work, so they can thrive and be happier at work.
